This is the difference between spiritual goals and earthly goals. When our goals are earthly alone, we are motivated by desired outcomes and the success of hitting those goals is fleeting and brings about anxiety about surpassing that level in the future. However, when our goals are spiritual, we are moved by the Spirit.
And success, like God’s love, endures forever and brings us peace.

Is it to be more forgiving, to trust the Creator more with your daily life?
